1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment has been received and cleared. Custom or made-to-order cabinets may require additional processing time. If there is any delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address, the size and weight of the order, and the delivery method selected. You will be able to view shipping costs before completing your purchase at checkout. We offer standard or free shipping, if applicable.

3. Shipping Methods

We work with trusted carriers to ensure timely and safe delivery of your order. For certain orders, we may use freight shipping. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped, so you can follow its progress.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and the type of shipping method chosen. Generally, delivery times are:

  • Standard shipping: 1-2 business days
  • Expedited shipping: 1 business day
  • Freight shipping: 1-2 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors like weather, holidays, or delays from the carrier.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

6. Address Accuracy, Rescheduling. 

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for delays or errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information, additional fees may apply for delivery re-scheduling < 7 days from planned delivery date. Additional delivery fees will apply if a second delivery attempt is required.
