Our team will contact you within 24hrs of your order to set an estimated delivery window. 

Semi-Custom Cabinetry- 4-6 weeks

Custom Cabinetry- 6-8 weeks

White Glove Service – in-home delivery. 

We will deliver the cabinets directly to the room of your choice in-house; up/down stairs for additional fee. 

Our delivery personnel will have a list of the items in the order to confirm everything has arrived. 

Yes, we require someone to be present on delivery to confirm all items have arrived. 

We will confirm a delivery window 2+ weeks in advance.

Custom Cabinetry- 10-YR builders warranty. 

This Limited Builder’s Warranty is provided by Kingston Cabinetry Ltd, hereinafter referred to as “the Builder,” to the purchaser(s) of cabinetry. This warranty is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Coverage

The Builder warrants that the cabinetry and related components provided by the Builder will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use, subject to the exclusions below. This warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or correction of defective Cabinets as described herein.

2. Warranty Period

  • This Warranty is valid for 10 years from the date of installation.
  • For hardware (e.g., hinges, handles, drawer slides), the warranty period may differ and is typically 5 years, as specified by the hardware manufacturer.

3. Warranty Coverage

This Warranty covers:

  • Defects in Materials: Cabinets constructed with substandard or defective materials that cause the cabinets to fail in normal use.
  • Finish Issues: Defects in the cabinet finish, including peeling, cracking, or excessive discoloration under normal use, provided it is not caused by misuse or environmental factors.

4. Exclusions

This Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Any damage resulting from normal usage, including scratches, dents, or fading due to exposure to sunlight or other environmental conditions.
  • Defects in Workmanship: We are not responsible for 3rd party installation or workmanship leading to misalignment of doors, drawers, or other components. 
  • Improper Maintenance or Care: Damage resulting from improper cleaning methods, exposure to harsh chemicals, or failure to maintain the cabinets as per the builder’s instructions.
  • Accidental Damage: Any damage due to accidents, mishandling, or external factors (e.g., flooding, fire, or physical abuse).
  • Alterations or Modifications: Any damage caused by alterations or modifications to the cabinets not performed by the Builder or authorized representative.
  • Damages Caused by External Factors: Environmental factors such as humidity, moisture, or excessive heat may cause changes in the cabinetry materials or finish that are not covered.

5. Claims Process

  • The Customer must notify the Builder of any warranty claim within 30 days from the date the defect is discovered.
  • To file a claim, the Customer should provide the following:
    • A written description of the issue.
    • Photographs of the defective cabinets or areas of concern.
    • Proof of purchase and installation date.
  • Upon receipt of the claim, the Builder will inspect the issue and, at its discretion, repair, replace, or provide a remedy for the defective cabinet(s) covered by this Warranty.

6. Limitations of Liability

  • The Builder’s liability under this Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective cabinets and is the exclusive remedy available to the Customer.
  • The Builder is not responsible for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from defects in the cabinetry, including but not limited to, loss of use, labor costs, or other related expenses.

7. Transferability

This Warranty is Non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser(s) of the cabinetry.

8. Governing Law

This Warranty is governed by the laws of the state of Ontario, and any disputes arising out of or relating to this Warranty shall be resolved in the appropriate court of Canada, Ontario.

9. Warranty Enforcement

This Warranty is the exclusive remedy for defects in the cabinetry and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications or representations about the product. No oral or written representations other than those made in this Warranty will be binding on the Builder.

We bring together top quality suppliers from multiple provinces to create our beautiful cabinetry. Each Canadian supplier with expertise in their individual craft (ex. hardwood doors) allows us to hand pick our best option for each element.

Our new facility will be open in December 2025- where we will whole heartedly welcome you to pop in and view our products. Until this date; we offer on-site meetings within 50km of Kingston where we will bring any desired product directly to you; also discussing your project. Outside 50km? We have a simple sample program with shipping direct to your home address. 

Payments

Payment is required in full on order. 

Our online store allows for credit, debit and PayPal payments. If preferred; please contact us to organize payment by cheque addressed to “Kingston Cabinetry Ltd.” or by electronic transfer. 

Returns

If your cabinets arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage or defect. We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or a repair at no additional cost to you.

For any inconsistency to the invoice- please let us know and we will replace the item at no additional cost. 

We hold a minor variance allowance on custom products.

Our cabinetry is made to your specifications and measurements. As such, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on  items unless there is a manufacturing defect or we have made an error in fulfilling your order.

We require the purchaser of the items to guarantee all sizing prior to order confirmation.
