Refund Policy for Kingston Cabinetry Ltd.
At Kingston Cabinetry Ltd., we strive to provide high-quality cabinets and exceptional service. Please read our refund and return policy below to understand your rights and responsibilities as a customer.
1. Orders: Our cabinetry is made to your specifications and measurements. As such, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on items unless there is a manufacturing defect or we have made an error in fulfilling your order.
2. Damaged or Defective Products: If your cabinets arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage or defect. We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or a repair at no additional cost to you.
4. Installation Services: If you have hired us to install your cabinets and are not satisfied with the work, please contact us within 7 days of installation. We will inspect the work and resolve any issues at no additional charge, subject to our evaluation.
5. Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this time, cancellation may be subject to fees, especially for custom orders that have already been processed.
